Growing Closer to God

John 15:13-16 KJV

We have the almost unimaginable opportunity to be called friends of God and, to facilitate this, He has given us the assurance that He has shared in—and can relate to—all of the pain and hardship we as human beings endure in this life. We should, therefore, be willing to grow our relationship with Him by sharing our deepest most intimate feelings with Him through prayer.
