What to Expect on Sunday
When you enter the sanctuary at Palma Ceia, you will instantly feel the presence of the Lord and will be warmly greeted by one of our Ushers or Deacons. Once inside, you will experience the comfort of God’s love and the peace of His amazing grace. There is no required dress code, and you are welcome to praise and worship the Lord as the Spirit moves you.
Sermons at Palma Ceia
Pastor Woods’ sermons are scripturally based and on the cutting-edge of issues that we face today, such as mental health and emotional wellness, social justice, rebuilding broken relationships, overcoming addictions, faith in hard times, closing generational gaps and the importance of cultural identity.
Worship Schedule
Worship service begins at 10:00 am, and opens with an invocation, prayer and inspirational song. After announcements and greetings, you will be given an exposition of scripture by our youth. This is followed by an opportunity to worship through giving and corporate prayer. Before the sermon, you will be blessed by another uplifting song. Worship service typically lasts 75-90 minutes.
We’d Love to get to know you
We are grateful for your visit. During the announcements, we will take a moment to welcome you and other guests. At that time, the Ushers will give you a card to fill out and drop into the offering basket. You will also be given information about our different ministries, bible studies and meeting groups that may be of interest to you and your family. The information you provide on the card you drop in the offering basket will allow us to follow-up with you and share opportunities to connect as well as answer any questions you may have.
