Visiting Palma Ceia
Thanks for visiting our website. Palma Ceia is a church committed to experiencing God’s love in our own individual lives, and sharing that love with others. Humanity has achieved much today in the way of technological advancement, but these achievements do not negate our need for love, acceptance, and affirmation from one another. Our goal is to practice these behaviors towards one another in the manner that Jesus prescribed through his life, death, and resurrection. If you live in our area or are here visiting, we invite you to join us for a stimulating and moving Sunday morning worship service.
With Christ’s Love
Rev. Tommy E. Smith Jr., Pastor
What to Expect Sunday
Our church exists to bring people closer to God, helping all live fuller lives by being more connected with Christ’s living Word. If this is your first time visiting us at Palma Ceia, this is what you can expect.
Sermons at Palma Ceia
Pastor Tommy Smith, Jr.’s sermons are enriching and engaging, connecting the verses of the Bible to daily life. Each sermon revolves around a central theme and bible passage, which leads to a concrete takeaway each week. If you want to catch up on the latest message, click here.
Our worship service is lively, interactive and centered on praising God and learning more about His word. Each service begins with an invocation and our choir marches in. The choir sings a few selections, and we take a moment to welcome our visitors and review announcements. We then come to the altar for prayer, followed by a vibrant and energetic praise time. We then move to the scripture and message of the day. [/wptabcontent]
We’d love to get to know you!
We’d love to connect with you and answer any questions you may have. During the announcements, we will take a moment to welcome you and other visitors, and the ushers will hand you a card to fill out and then drop in the offering basket during tithing time. This will let us know you were visiting with us, and allow us to follow up with you to get to know you and answer any questions you have.
